Terms and Conditions for The Podium Monthly Sim
Lounge Competition - Free Draw
Eligibility:
Entrants must be at least 16 years old and a minimum of 5ft tall to safely
redeem the simulator experience.
Employees of Podium Place and their immediate family members are not
eligible to participate.
Entry Period:
The competition runs from November 1, 2024 to November 1, 2025.
Entries must be received by 1159 PM GMT on the last day of each month to
be eligible for that month's draw.
How to Enter:
Entries can be made for free on our website
www.podiumplace.co.uk/comp.
Only web entries are accepted. No postal or paid entry routes are available.
Free Wi-Fi is available in Podium Café for those who need internet access
to enter.
Prize:
The prize is a 30-minute sim racing experience in Podium Sim Lounge.
The prize cannot be sold, transferred, or gifted. It can only be claimed by
the confirmed winner.
The winner must redeem the sim experience within 4 weeks of receiving
their voucher code
Winner Selection:
Winners will be picked at random using a random name generator on the
final Sunday of each month.

A total of 12 winners will be selected over the course of the competition.
Notification:
Winners will be notified via the email address provided during entry.
If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, an alternative
winner may be selected.
Limitations:
Once a winner has claimed a free draw prize, they are not permitted to
enter again. Any subsequent entries by the same winner will be void.
Limit one entry per person per month, using one email address.
Data Protection:
Personal information provided will be used solely for the purpose of
administering this competition and will be handled in accordance with our
privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
General:
By entering the free draw, participants agree to be bound by these terms
and conditions.
Podium Place reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or
cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the
courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
