“We” are Podium Place Limited, a private limited company.

The following terms and conditions apply when you purchase a Podium Club Membership. The benefits of having a Podium Club Membership can be found on the Podium Place website www.podiumplace.co.uk/podium-club
You may be asked to present your Podium Club Digital Membership Card when redeeming benefits or discounts, obtainable through your sign-up confirmation email.
When you purchase a Podium Club Membership, you agree that:
We reserve the right to change the benefits and discounts, and you should check the website regularly for any updates.
We pass on increases in VAT.
We use your data as set out in our Privacy Notice.
Payment for an annual Podium Club Membership must be made in full at the time of the order. We cannot accept instalment payments.
You have 14 days after the date we confirm your order to change your mind about a purchase, but: You lose the right to cancel any service when it's been completed (and you must pay for any services provided up to the time you cancel). If you change your mind within 14 days, please email info@podiumplace.co.uk
If you attend events or our premises, you must act responsibly and courteously, showing respect to all.
Access to the parking compound and the premises made available to you shall only be during opening hours.
We can always make changes to service to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and to make minor technical adjustments and improvements. We will also provide notice of any changes and offer the option to terminate your membership.

Podium Club Membership is not transferable and must not be used other than by you, the purchaser. However, if you purchase a Podium Club Membership as a gift, please let us know at the time of purchase so the pass is issued in the connect name.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms and conditions.

Your personal data, which includes your name, email address, and phone number, will be used to manage your membership to Podium Club. We will use your contact details to invite you to the Podium Club WhatsApp community. This channel facilitates communication between members and disseminates important membership updates, such as changes to opening hours, event announcements, and information on discounts or benefits available to members. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent. Your email address will be used to send you marketing and update emails unless you opt out. If at any time you wish to opt out of these services, you can do so by emailing info@podiumplace.co.uk
